Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1/2 cups oats


  • 1/2 cups semolina


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1/2 tsp black mustard


  • 4-5 nos curry leaves


  • 1 pinch asafotida


  • 2 tbsp peanuts


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 nos green chillis


  • 1 tsp urad daal


  • 2 tsp curd

Directions

  • Firstly dry roast the oats.
  • Now boil 2.5 cup of water.
  • Now heat oil in pan
  • Add black mustard, asafotida, curry leaves, peanuts and urad daal.
  • When urad daal starts color change add semolina and roast well.
  • Now add oats, salt and boiled water.
  • When it goes thick and 2 tbsp of fresh curd and mix well.
  • Turn off the gas and serve hot.
