Ingredients

  • milk boiled and cooled 200 ml

  • vanilla ice cream 1 cups

  • ice cube 3-4 nos

  • Boost (you can take any of your favorite health drink powder or children's health powder) 2 tsp

  • plane oats 2 tsp

  • sugar according to taste 2 tsp

Directions

  • 01

    Roast the oats on a low flame in the pan, then grind it to a mixer and make powder.

  • 02

    Now add milk, ice cream, ice cubes, boost and mix well in the mixer.

  • 03

    Just prepare shake cold cold serve
