  • material :- 1 glass of milk boiled and cooled 1 cup vanilla ice cream Some ice cube 2 teaspoons Boost (you can take any of your favorite health drink powder or children's health powder) 2 spoons plane oats sugar according to taste

    Method :- Roast the oats on a low flame in the pan, then grind it to a mixer and make powder. Now add milk, ice cream, ice cubes, boost and mix well in the mixer. Just prepare shake cold cold serve
