Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 bowls plain oats


  • 1 nos small size onion finely chopped


  • 1 tsp tomato finely chopped


  • 1 nos capsicum finely chopped


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 1 nos green chilli chopped


  • 1/2 tsp salt or as per taste


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric


  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves

Directions

  • Dry roast the oats for 2 -3 min.
  • Heat oil in a wok, put green chilli ,chopped onion and saute them.
  • Add chopped cabbage and tomato saute for 2 minutes then add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin powder, mix well.
  • Now add roasted oats and mix well then add 1 and 1/2 glass of water and cook on a low flame till it thickens.
  • Finally add coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
  • Serve hot.
