Ingredients

Serves 2

  • plain oats 1 bowls

  • small size onion finely chopped 1 nos

  • tomato finely chopped 1 tsp

  • capsicum finely chopped 1 nos

  • oil 2 tsp

  • green chilli chopped 1 nos

  • salt or as per taste 1/2 tsp

  • turmeric 1/4 tsp

  • cumin powder 1/2 tsp

  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

  • coriander powder 1/2 tsp

  • chopped coriander leaves 1 tsp

Directions

    Dry roast the oats for 2 -3 min.

    Heat oil in a wok, put green chilli ,chopped onion and saute them.

    Add chopped cabbage and tomato saute for 2 minutes then add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin powder, mix well.

    Now add roasted oats and mix well then add 1 and 1/2 glass of water and cook on a low flame till it thickens.

    Finally add coriander leaves and switch off the flame.

    Serve hot.
