Preheat oven to 180 deg and line cake tin with baking paper
ground instant oats to powder and keep it aside
in a bowl sieve flour, cocoa powder salt, baking powder and baking soda
add ground oats to this mixture and mix well. keep it aside
whisk egg well in a bowl
add coconut sugar and whisk for 3 to 4 minutes
now add oil and Vanilla extract, whisk well
Alternately add dry ingredients and milk and whisk until just combined. add chopped walnuts and fold gently
Pour batter into prepared pan , level evenlyand bake for 25-30 minutes until done
Allow cake to cool for 20 minutes in pan
Demould and cool completely on wire rack
Dust with icing sugar, slice and serve
