Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups oats


  • 1 1/2 cups poha


  • 1 nos carrot


  • 1 nos cheese cube


  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 3/4 tsp salt


  • 2 nos potato mashed


  • 1 nos onion chopped


  • 2 nos green chilli


  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves


  • 2 nos bread


  • 1 tbsp cornflour

Directions

  • Roast oats
  • Grind to flour
  • Grind poha
  • Boil potatoes
  • Mix all ingredients
  • Add salt red chilli flakes green chilli chopped onions, coriander leaves
  • Now shape into tikki
  • Make paste of cornflour in water
  • Make bread crumbs
  • Dip tikki into corn flour paste
  • Apply bread crumbs over it
  • Deep Fry in pan or shallow fry over tawa
  • Enjoy with chutney or sause
