Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 1 cup plain oats

  • 500 ml.milk

  • 3/4 cup sugar or as per taste

  • 2 spoon chopped dry fruits.

  • 1 pinch cardamom powder

  • 6-7 threads of saffron soaked

Directions

    Roast the oats for 2 minutes .

  • 02

    Boil the milk in a pan, when the milk boils add roasted oats and cook on a low flame for 5-6 min.

    Then add sugar, cardamom powder, soaked saffron and chopped nuts, cook till desired consistency.

  • 04

    Garnish with chopped nuts.

  • 05

    Serve hot or cold as per your choice.
