Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 can coconut milk


  • 1/2c coconut flake (optional)


  • 1-2c sugar (to desired sweetness)


  • 1-2 mangoes- diced


  • 4 cups par boiled rice

Directions

  • Put coconut milk, rice, and sugar in a sauce pan over medium heat
  • Bring to a boil. Stir frequently and then reduce heat to a simmer.
  • Remove from heat and let cool slightly (tastes better warm).
  • Serve in bowls with sliced mango
