2 Chicken (normal pcs) 2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Chilli flakes 1 cup Yogurt 2 tbsp Garlic paste 2 tbsp Hot sauce Coating: 3 cups All purpose flour (Maida) 1 cup Cornflour 1/2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Cayenne pepper Dash of Black Pepper (pounded) Dash of White Pepper powder 2 tsp Baking powder 1 tsp Oregano 1 tsp Thyme Batter: 2 Egg (beat well) 1 cup Milk pinch of Salt
Marinate chicken pieces in above for three hours or more. Coating: Mix well in a bowl and keep aside. Batter: In a big bowl add egg and beat well add milk and salt beat more Apply dry ingredients on the chicken piece then dip in egg mixture then again do flour coating. Keep on tray, when all done keep in deep freezer for half and hour, deep fry on low or medium flame put 4 pieces at a time. Then keep on high flame to crisp it up to golden brown color.
