Marinate chicken pieces in above for three hours or more. Coating: Mix well in a bowl and keep aside. Batter: In a big bowl add egg and beat well add milk and salt beat more Apply dry ingredients on the chicken piece then dip in egg mixture then again do flour coating. Keep on tray, when all done keep in deep freezer for half and hour, deep fry on low or medium flame put 4 pieces at a time. Then keep on high flame to crisp it up to golden brown color.
