First, we make praline. For making praline melt sugar in a wok on low heat till golden like honey. Then add chopped nuts and mix it well.
Spread this mixture on a greased and flat plate and allowed it to cool and harden. Now we take a big bowl and add full cream.
Whisk the cream until it is thrice the initial volume and forms soft peaks.
Add condensed milk and vanilla essence and whisk it again.
Now coarsely crush praline and add 3/4 portion in cream and give a good mix.
Transfer it to a box and give a good tap to remove the air bubbles.
Remaining 1/4 crush praline top of this.
Freeze it for 8 hours.
Now our ice-cream ready to serve.
