Ingredients

  • 250 ml chilled full cream


  • 1 cup condense milk


  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence


  • 2 tablespoon sugar(white or brown)


  • 1 tablespoon chopped dry nuts


Directions

  • First, we make praline. For making praline melt sugar in a wok on low heat till golden like honey. Then add chopped nuts and mix it well.
  • Spread this mixture on a greased and flat plate and allowed it to cool and harden. Now we take a big bowl and add full cream.
  • Whisk the cream until it is thrice the initial volume and forms soft peaks. Add condensed milk and vanilla essence and whisk it again.
  • Now coarsely crush praline and add 3/4 portion in cream and give a good mix. Transfer it to a box and give a good tap to remove the air bubbles.
  • Remaining 1/4 crush praline top of this. Freeze it for 8 hours. Now our ice-cream ready to serve.
