  • Whole wheat flour 100 gm


  • Ripe mango plup 1/2 cup


  • Oats 1/4 cup


  • Olive oil 1/3 cup


  • Vanila essence 1 tbs


  • Egg whites 3


  • Sugar 2 tbs


  • Baking powder 1 tbs

Directions

  • Take a bowl add egg whites,sugar and oil batter it.
  • Add mango plup batter it well.
  • Add flour and baking powder mixed it well.
  • Add vanila essence .Batter it well.
  • Take a cake mould bowl add oil.
  • Grease it well.Add cake batter.
  • Take a kodai keep it cake mould bowl .
  • Keep it for 17 minutes with low flame.
  • Switch off the gas.
  • Take a plate turn over the cake mould bowl.
  • Now it's time to serve Mango Oats Cake.
  • Note: you can keep it air tight cointnier for 5/6 days.
