Ingredients

Serves 7

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1/2 cup paneer

  • 2 boiled potatoes

  • 1 carrot

  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste

  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander

  • 5-6 tbsp oil

Directions

    Dry roast the oats and keep aside

  • 02

    Peel the potatoes and carrot and grate them.

  • 03

    In a big mixing bowl,add all the ingredients and mix well.

  • 04

    Shape into round tikkis .

  • 05

    In a pan,take 3-4 tbsp oil and shallow fry the tilkkis in batches,till golden brown on each side.
