Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup oats


  • 1 onion


  • 1 tomato


  • 2 green chillis


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 pinch asafoetida


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric


  • 1 pinch coriander powder


  • 1 pich garam masala


  • 1 handful green coriander


  • 2 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion. Saute well the onions.
  • Now add cumin seeds, asafotida, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder and roast well.
  • Now add finely chopped tomatoes and green chillis. Saute the tomatoes.
  • Now add 2.5 cup water, salt and let it boil.
  • Now add oats and mix well.
  • After 3-4 minutes turn off the flame.
  • Add chopped coriander and mix well.
  • Serve hot.
