Ingredients
Serves 2
1 cup oats
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup roasted cashews
1/4 cup chopped dried apricots
1/4 cup cherries
1/4 cup black currants
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup sweetened whipped cream
3/4 cup chopped mix fruits ( apples,grapes,mango,banana)
Directions
First to make granola,mix oats almonds and walnuts in a bowl.
Mix oil and and honey separately to the bowl of oats
Mix all the ingredients till they are coated well.
In a flat baking tray lined with parchment spread all the mix.
Bake in a preheated oven at 150 degree celsius for 20-25 minutes till brown and toasted
Keep aside to cool and then add roasted cashews ,cherries ,apricots and black currants and mix well.
Chop all the fruits and mix in sweetened whipped cream.
Take glasses and fill them 1/3 with the cream and fruits
Make another 1/3 layer with cooled granola
Top it with some more cream and fruits.
Serve cold
