  • Veggie oats material 1 bowl plane oats 1/4 teaspoon ginger garlic paste 1/2 onion cut 1 tomato puree 1 bowl mix Vegetables (corn, peas, carrots, capsicum, leaf cabbage finely cut) 1 tsp Oil / Ghee / Butter Salt to taste

    Method :- Heat the oil in the pan, fry the onion and fry slightly. Now add the ginger garlic paste, lightly fry them. Mix all the mix vegetables and mix well and fry for 1 minute. Now add tomato puree and fry a little. Now add oats and consolidate all the ingredients and pour 2 bowl of water. boil all the ingredients that are continuously running from the spoon.... after 2-3 minutes your veggies oats will be ready
