Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 2 tbsp semolina

  • 1/4 cup yogurt

  • 1/4 tspn turmeric powder

  • 1 tspn ginger,green chilli paste

  • 1/4 cup water(as required)

  • 1 tbsp chopped onions

  • 1 tbsp chopped tomatoes

  • 1 tbsp chopped carrots

  • 1 tspn chopped green chilies

  • 1 tspn chopped coriander leaves

  • 1/2 tspn salt (as taste)

  • 2 tbsp oil

Directions

    Take a mixing bowl add all the ingredients make thick batter,mix it well,now cover the bowl let it rest for 10 minutes.

    Heat non-stick pan,pour a ledleful of batter onto a hot pan,,sprinkle oil,cover the lid allow cooking on a low flame for 2 minutes, filp the Oats Chilla and cook both sides, now Oats Chilla is ready.
