Ingredients

Serves 8

  • 1/4 cup oats

  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds

  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

  • 1/4 cup chopped cashewnuts

  • 1/4 cup raisins

  • 1/4 cup dessicated coconut

  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions

    Dry roast the oats in a pan for 2 mins . Take them out in a bowl and add all the nuts and raisins and coconut and keep aside.

    Heat a pan and add sugar to the pan and some water and let it caramalise on low flame. When the sugar caramalises,add butter and mix well then add milk slowly till it is Incorporated.

    Add the sauce to dry mix and add honey as well.

  • 04

    Shape into laddoos when the mix is little warm only.

  • 05

    Roll the laddoos in dessicated coconut.
