Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats powder


  • 1/4 tbsp semolina


  • 1 tbsp rice flour


  • 1 cup yogurt


  • 1 tspn (ginger, green chilli) paste


  • 1/4 water ( as required)


  • 1/2 tspn salt(as taste)


  • 1 tspn oil


  • 1 /2 tspn turmeric powder

Directions

  • 1 cup oats powder
  • Take a mixing bowl,add oats powder,semolina,salt,ginger,chilli paste,yogurt,turmeric powder and water(as required) mix well make thin batter, now cover the bowl let rest it for 15 minutes.
  • Heat non-stick ,pour the dosa batter, sprinkle oil, cook in law flame, no need to filp and the dosa becomes golden, then Oats Dosa is ready.
