1 cup oats powder
1/4 tbsp semolina
1 tbsp rice flour
1 cup yogurt
1 tspn (ginger, green chilli) paste
1/4 water ( as required)
1/2 tspn salt(as taste)
1 tspn oil
1 /2 tspn turmeric powder
Directions
1 cup oats powder
Take a mixing bowl,add oats powder,semolina,salt,ginger,chilli paste,yogurt,turmeric powder and water(as required) mix well make thin batter, now cover the bowl let rest it for 15 minutes.
Heat non-stick ,pour the dosa batter, sprinkle oil, cook in law flame, no need to filp and the dosa becomes golden, then Oats Dosa is ready.
