Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1/4 cup oats powder


  • 1/4 cup semolina


  • 1 cup yogurt


  • 1/2 tspn ginger paste


  • 1/4 tspn pepper powder


  • 1/4 cup water(as required)


  • 1/2 tspn salt (to taste)


  • 1/2 tspn baking soda


  • 1 tbsp chopped onions


  • 1 tbsp chopped carrots


  • 1 tbsp chopped tomatoes


  • 1 tspn chopped chilies


  • 1 tspn chopped coriander leaves


  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Take a mixing bowl,add oats powder,semolina,ginger paste,salt,yogurt and water(as required) mix well,stir to combine and make sure there are no lumps,now cover the mixing bowl and let it rest 20 minutes.
  • Take a another mixing bowl,add all the veggies and salt mix well to combine.
  • After 20 minutes,add baking soda mix well.
  • Now heat non-stick pan/tawa,grease oil pour, then pour a batter, sprinkle veggies on top, cover the lid cook on low flame, once cooked flip it and let cook other side, now Oats Uttapam is ready.
