1/2 cup oats
1 banana
1 apple
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup 1 spoon honey milk
Directions
Take all ingredients in plate.
Peel and chopped the banana and apple.
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend it until smooth consistency.
Pour into the glass and serve.
