Wash the phalse.
Heat a pan and add phalse, 1 cup water, and sugar and boil for 5 minutes.
This way the pulp easily leaves the seeds and we can store it for 7 days.
Now filter it and add salt to taste.
After the cool shift, it in an airtight bottle and store it for 7 days.
While serving add 1/4 cup juice, ice cubes, 3/4 cup chilled water, lemon slice and mix it.
Garnish with spring of mint leaves.
Your Falsa sharbat is ready to serve and drink.
