Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1cup besan


  • 1/4 cup oats


  • 1cup curd


  • 2tsp green chilli ginger paste


  • 1tsp salt


  • 1sachet eno


  • 2tblspn suji


  • 1tsp turmeric powder

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients except Eno and using water prepare medium thick batter.
  • Keep aside for 15-20mins
  • Adjust the consistency using water.
  • Grease dhokla mould, add Eno to batter and a quick stir.
  • Pour into the mould and steam it for 15-20mins. Check with toothpick test.
  • Give it mustard seeds wala tadka and relish your healthy oats dhokla.
