Mix all the ingredients except Eno and using water prepare medium thick batter.
Keep aside for 15-20mins
Adjust the consistency using water.
Grease dhokla mould, add Eno to batter and a quick stir.
Pour into the mould and steam it for 15-20mins. Check with toothpick test.
Give it mustard seeds wala tadka and relish your healthy oats dhokla.
