Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Oats 1 cup

  • Moong dal 1/2 cup

  • Carrot 1/2 cup chopped

  • Potato 1/2 chopped

  • Cauliflower 1/2 cup chopped

  • Ghee 2 tbsp

  • Tomato 1 small

  • Jeera 2tsp

  • Hing 1tsp

Directions

    Take a pan heat some oil. Fry vegetables one by one except tomato.

    Keep it aside. In the same pan roast oats and moong dal.

    Add the sauted vegetables add 3 cups of water turmeric and salt.

  • 04

    Cover and cook for 10 mins. After 10 mix see if its cooked or cook for another 5 mins.

    Take different pan add ghee to it. Put some jeera and hing, saute and then add the khichdi. Mix add water if required.

    Simmer for 2 minutes and it's done.
