Grind the oats in the mixer grinder
Mix semolina and oats in the curd
Now add salt and eno fruit salt, onion and chilli
Heat UP non-stick Tawa on the flame
Spread some oil on the tawa
Check the batter if it is thick add some water
Fill batter in a big spoon spread it clockwise on the tawa
Drop 1-1 drop oil at the edges
Cook on slow flame
Flip it up after some time cook from both sides
Serve with chutney or sambhar
