Add sooji in the oats.
Add ginger paste, salt ,green chillies and baking soda and make a thick paste of it
Heat up the oil and fry all the baras
Beat the curd and make the tarka of hing and jeera
Soak all the baras in the water for 1 hour
When you want to serve squeeze the baras and dip in the curd
Sprinkle chaat masala , chutney, red chilli powder and coriander leaves on it.
