  • 1cup powdered oats

  • 1/2 cup wheat flour

  • 1/4 cup besan

  • 1/2 cup chopped onions

  • 3tbspn green chillies, ginger garlic paste

  • 2tsp salt

  • 2tblspn curd

  • 1.5cup water

  • 1cup jowar flour

  • 1tsp carom(ajwain)

  • 1tsp sesame seeds


  • Mix all the ingredients well. Using little water at a time, prepare a soft dough
  • Heat a tawa, take out a small portion of dough and roll it into a circle.
  • Keep it a little thick.
  • Put it on hot tawa
  • Flip it after 1 min and apply very little oil
  • Flip again and apply oil again.
  • Cook from both sides
  • Your healthy, oats dhapate are ready to serve.
  • Relish it with curd or pickle.
