  • 250gm paneer

  • 1cup oats

  • 1 1/4tsp salt

  • 1tsp black pepperpowder

  • 2tbspmaida

  • 1tbspcornflour

  • 1/2tsp redchillipowder

  • 200mlOil to fry

  • 1tbsp chopped corriender leaves

Directions

    Cut the paneer long pieces.Marrinate the paneer with 1tspsalt&black pepperpowder .Rest it 10 mints.

    Make a slurry wit maida,cornflour,salt&redchillipowder.

  • 03

    Deep the marrinated paneer with maida slurry,rolled with oats &deep fry it.

  • 04

    Serve with sprinckle chat masala &corriender leaves.
