Method: - Grind the oats and make the powder. Now add multigrain flour, salt, moyan and oats powder and mix it well and make a soft dough
take a rest the dough for 10 minutes
Now make the loai uniformly and thin bread, cut a long long strip from the cutter or knife in it.
Heat the oil in the pan and put a little oats stick on it. and fry it crisp pinkish
You can store it when you want to serve with sauce or tea
Note: - I have taken masala oats if you are taking simple oats so that you can mix more spices (eg: red chilli powder, chaat masala, celery, black pepper ... etc)
