Bring milk to boil. Grind the oats into powder.
When milk starts boiling add powdered oats and let it cook.
When it becomes little thick add sugar and keep stirring.
There should not form any lumps so keep stirring.
Add cardamom powder to it. Mix it well.
Add yellow food color/kesar .
When its thick turn of the flame.
Garnish it with cashews, almonds and tutti frutti. Enjoy..
