Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage


  • 1 cup grated carrot


  • 2 finely chopped Capsicum


  • 2 finally chopped onion


  • 1 teaspoon grated Ginger


  • 1 teaspoon garlic


  • 1 tbsp green chilli paste


  • 1 cup oats flour


  • 1/2 cup wheat flour


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tablespoon soya sauce


  • 1 tbsp Chili sauce


  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce


  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder


  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves

Directions

  • In a Big Bowl take oats flour one tablespoon soya sauce and wheat flour
  • Add salt and 1 tablespoon of oil
  • Knead this dough with water
  • Make a smooth dough
  • Keep aside
  • Switch on the flame and put the Wok on flame
  • Add 2 tbsp of oil
  • Add green chilli paste
  • Now add ginger garlic and onion
  • Saute it for 2 minutes for 2 minutes
  • Now add cabbage Capsicum and carrot
  • Stir it properly
  • Now add salt chili sauce tomato sauce and soya sauce
  • Stiring for 2 minutes and then switch off the flame
  • Now Sprinkle some black pepper powder
  • Stuffing is ready keep it a side
  • Now take a small piece of dough
  • Roll it with rolling pin and make a small size thin Puri
  • Fill the stuffing and make the Momo shape
  • Make all the momos with this procedure
  • Now boil water in a pan
  • Put the sieve on it
  • Handset all prepared momos in the sieve
  • Cover it and let it steam for 10 minutes
  • After 10 minutes the momos are ready
  • Take out all the prepared momos in a plate
  • Serve it with sauce
