Dry roast the oats and grind it in the mixer grinder
Add sugar and cardamom powder in the pineapple puree
Mix oats, pineapple puree and curd well and place it in the refrigerator for two hours
Heat up sugar in the pan along with 1 tbsp water
Continuously stir it till golden brown
Now grease a steel plate with some oil and spread this thick sugar syrup on it evenly
When dries then remove from the plate and make small pieces of crunch
Fix these pieces of crunch on the mixture and serve chilled
