Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 4..5 big potatoes


  • 200 gram cottage cheese


  • 100 gram lotus seeds (makhane)


  • 2 tsp kishmish


  • 2 tsp cashews


  • 4 tbsp oil


  • 1.5 tsp salt


  • 1 .5 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala powder

Directions

  • Boil and peeled potatoes
  • Mashed well
  • Now mashed cottage cheese
  • Dry roast makhane and grinded coarsely
  • Mix this grinded makhane in potatoes
  • Add 1 tsp salt,garam masala and pepper powder in potato mixture
  • Mix well
  • In cottage cheese add finely chopped cashews and kishmish
  • Add left salt and pepper powder in this
  • Now take a ball sized potato mixture on palm and flatten it
  • Fill 1 tsp cheese mixture in between and close
  • Give the shape of patties
  • Make all the similer way
  • Now grease the griller and shallow fry all the patties
  • Serve hot with dip of ur choice
