Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 4..5 big potatoes

  • 200 gram cottage cheese

  • 100 gram lotus seeds (makhane)

  • 2 tsp kishmish

  • 2 tsp cashews

  • 4 tbsp oil

  • 1.5 tsp salt

  • 1 .5 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp garam masala powder

Directions

    Boil and peeled potatoes

    Mashed well

  • 03

    Now mashed cottage cheese

  • 04

    Dry roast makhane and grinded coarsely

  • 05

    Mix this grinded makhane in potatoes

  • 06

    Add 1 tsp salt,garam masala and pepper powder in potato mixture

    Mix well

    In cottage cheese add finely chopped cashews and kishmish

    Add left salt and pepper powder in this

    Now take a ball sized potato mixture on palm and flatten it

    Fill 1 tsp cheese mixture in between and close

    Give the shape of patties

    Make all the similer way

    Now grease the griller and shallow fry all the patties

    Serve hot with dip of ur choice
