Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 200 gram rice


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp chaat masala


  • 500 ml oil to deep fry


  • 1 polythene sheet


  • 1 keep

Directions

  • Wash and soak rice for 6 hours
  • Now grind into a smooth batter add ing 1 cup water
  • Now keep 2 litre water in a big pot on medium heat
  • Now add rice batter in it
  • Add salt too
  • Keep stirring
  • When it becomes thick almost after 10 minutes turn off the flame
  • After 10 minutes fill in keep and make curls on polythene sheet
  • Let it dry in sunlight for 2 days
  • Whenever want to serve deep fry and sprinkle chaat masala
