1 cup oats
1 tsp sugar or honey
1/2 cup milk
Soak the almonds in hot water for 10 minutes,meanwhile cook the oats in microwave for a minute with water and keep it aside.
Blend almonds,dates, sugar or honey together to a fine paste with little milk
Then add the cooked oats
Finally add the milk and whip till everything gets blend well. Pour it in a tall glass and serve it.
