  • oats powder 1 cup

  • rice flour 3 tablespoon

  • rava aur Suji 2 and half tablespoon

  • card 1 cup

  • baking soda 1 pinch

  • finely chopped onion 2 tablespoon

  • chopped green chilli 1teaspoon

  • grated carrots 2 tablespoon

  • finely chopped curry leaves 1 teaspoon

  • salt 1 teaspoon

  • cooking oil 2 teaspoon

  • water 3 small bowl


  • in a bowl add powder oats, Suji or rava, rice flour and curd
  • mix the mixture well
  • then add finely chopped onion, grated carrots, green chillies, curry leaves
  • and gradually add water and make a batter of thin consistency and not thick
  • the batter should attain a pouring consistency add salt and baking soda
  • mix the batter well
  • Take a frying pan or dosa Pan brush the oil in medium heat
  • then pour the oats mixture and spread immediately
  • add one teaspoon of oil all over the dosa and let it cook for 2 minutes
  • once the edges of the dosa turn into brown
  • Flip it and slowly with help of spatula
  • remove the dosa on plate and repeat the same with rest of the batter
  • serve dosa with tomato sauce or any type of chutney
