Heat up a wok and add oats in it.
Roast till golden brown
Let it cool
Now roast lotus seeds and dry fruits
Grind oats and dry fruits separately
Now take a big wok add wheat flour roast till golden brown, while roasting the flame should be slow
Add oats stir it continuously otherwise it gets burn
Now add ghee and mix it well
When turns golden brown add dry fruits
Now turn off the gas
Let it cool now add the sugar and mix well
Make laddoos of it .
