Ingredients

  • 500 g Thick curd


  • 3 cups Water


  • 1 tsp Salt


  • 1 Green chilli Chopped


  • 15-20 Curry leaves Chopped


  • 1 inch Ginger Thinly julienned

Directions

  • whisk curd till its smooth,
  • add water and mix.
  • add salt, green chilly, curry leaves, ginger in the curd mixture.
  • refrigerate atleast for an hour and serve chilled as starter drink.
