Ingredients

  • 500 g Thick curd

  • 3 cups Water

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1 Green chilli Chopped

  • 15-20 Curry leaves Chopped

  • 1 inch Ginger Thinly julienned

Directions

  • 01

    whisk curd till its smooth,

  • 02

    add water and mix.

  • 03

    add salt, green chilly, curry leaves, ginger in the curd mixture.

  • 04

    refrigerate atleast for an hour and serve chilled as starter drink.
