500 g Thick curd
3 cups Water
1 tsp Salt
1 Green chilli Chopped
15-20 Curry leaves Chopped
1 inch Ginger Thinly julienned
Directions
whisk curd till its smooth,
add water and mix.
add salt, green chilly, curry leaves, ginger in the curd mixture.
refrigerate atleast for an hour and serve chilled as starter drink.
