Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 500ml coffee creamer


  • 250ml condensed milk


  • 125ml lemon juice


  • 250ml Boiling water


  • 1 pack tea biscuits

Directions

  • In a 9x9" pan or 2l dish pack biscuits in bottom of the pan.
  • Using an electric mixer om medium speed and in a bowl, slowly mix the lemon juice into the condensed milk
  • Once juice is incorporated, add coffee creamer and mix until smooth
  • Add boiling water slowly
  • Mix for five minutes
  • Pour half of the creamy mixture in prepared pan
  • Gently pack another layer of biscuits on top of filling layer
  • Gently pour rest of filling into pan
  • Refrigerate until firm
