In a 9x9" pan or 2l dish pack biscuits in bottom of the pan.
Using an electric mixer om medium speed and in a bowl, slowly mix the lemon juice into the condensed milk
Once juice is incorporated, add coffee creamer and mix until smooth
Add boiling water slowly
Mix for five minutes
Pour half of the creamy mixture in prepared pan
Gently pack another layer of biscuits on top of filling layer
Gently pour rest of filling into pan
Refrigerate until firm
