  • Boiled potato 2

  • Boiled green peas 1bowl

  • Onion cut 1

  • Ginger garlic paste 1tsp

  • Red chilli powder 1tsp 1tsp

  • Turmeric powder 1/2tsp 1/2tsp

  • Salt 1tsp 1/2tsp

  • Bread slice 6

  • Oil 200gram

  • Besan 1.5bowl

    First take besan add 1/4 tsp,salt,1/2 TSP turmeric powder,1tsp red chilli powder mix well add water to make batter like pakoda

    Now heat 2tsp oil add cumin seeds,add cut onion and saute for 5 minutes add ginger garlic paste,add red chilli powder,turmeric powder ,salt mix well add boil green peas,mashed boiled potato,mix well cook for 5 minutes with lid .Stuffing is ready

    Cut bread in triangular shape,stick the stuffing in between two triangles of bread

    Now heat the oil ,dip the stuffed bread into besan batter ,make pattice.

    Leave the pattice in hot oil to make deep fry.Deepfry the pattice neatly from both sides

    Pattice is ready serv it with spreading Sev,oinion and sauce.
