Ingredients

  • 2 colocassia leaves


  • 1 cup besan


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Take colocassia leaves and check that it is not itchy.
  • Wash it and wipe clean.
  • Take besan flour and mix in ginger garlic paste, haldi/ turmeric, red chilli powder and salt.
  • add some water and mix it well to make a thick batter.
  • Take the back side of the leaves and apply the besan mixture on it generously.
  • Keep another leaf on it and apply more besan.
  • roll it properly and bind with tooth pick.
  • grease a seiver and place the rolls on it.
  • Steam it for 10 minutes . and serve hot.
