Take colocassia leaves and check that it is not itchy.
Wash it and wipe clean.
Take besan flour and mix in ginger garlic paste, haldi/ turmeric, red chilli powder and salt.
add some water and mix it well to make a thick batter.
Take the back side of the leaves and apply the besan mixture on it generously.
Keep another leaf on it and apply more besan.
roll it properly and bind with tooth pick.
grease a seiver and place the rolls on it.
Steam it for 10 minutes . and serve hot.
