First wash udad Daal n take it out from water in sieve
Make paste of daal on mixer
Add green chilli paste,Ginger paste,salt,mix well ,rest it for 15 minutes
Add sugar,pinch of salt in curd mix well n keep aside
Heat oil make vadas stuffing bakarvadi inside from the daal paste n put in hot oil
Now put the vadas in buttermilk for 5 minutes
Take it out in plate put sweet curd on it,spread tamarind chutney , sprinkle black pepper powder,chat masala,corriander
Stuffed Dahi vada is ready for serving
