  • (Udad Daal) black gram soaked overnight 1bowl

  • Green chilli paste 1tsp

  • Ginger paste 1/2tsp

  • Salt 1/2tsp

  • Curd 1bowl

  • Red chilli Powder 1/2tsp

  • Buttermilk 1bowl

  • Tamarind chutney 2tsp

  • Chhat masala 1/2tsp

  • Black pepper powder 1/4tsp

  • Oil 200gram for frying

  • Sugar 1tsp

  • Corriander4leaves

  • Bakarvadi 6pieces


  • First wash udad Daal n take it out from water in sieve
  • Make paste of daal on mixer
  • Add green chilli paste,Ginger paste,salt,mix well ,rest it for 15 minutes
  • Add sugar,pinch of salt in curd mix well n keep aside
  • Heat oil make vadas stuffing bakarvadi inside from the daal paste n put in hot oil
  • Now put the vadas in buttermilk for 5 minutes
  • Take it out in plate put sweet curd on it,spread tamarind chutney , sprinkle black pepper powder,chat masala,corriander
  • Stuffed Dahi vada is ready for serving
