PRAWN TIKKA SIKH KABAB/ Delicious Grilled Prawns / Prawn Swewers

  • 1 tsp tikka sikh kebab masala, 1 tsp tanduri masala, 1 cup hungcurd, 300 gms prawns(deveined & cleaned), 2 tomatoes cuts into square shape, 2 onions cuts in.square shape,.2 green capsicum cuts in square shape, 1tsp kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp Chana Chhatu or Sattu.powder, 1tsp ginger,garlic paste, 1tbsp chat masala, 1tsp.bkack pepper powder, 2,3 drops.metha.atter, salt to taste, 1tsp lemon juice, 1tbsp white oil.

    First marinate the prawns with lemon juice.Then marinate the prawns with 1 cup hungcurd ,Tanduri Masala, 1tsp Tikka Sikh Kebab Masala,1tsp kashmiri red chilli powder, 2,3 drops metha atter, pepper, 1tsp oil,1tbsp chat masala powder,1/2 tsp Chhatu powder, salt,onions,tomatoes,capsicum(cuts in square shape) for 1/2 an hour.

    Then brush oil on grill pan.Then insert.the marinate prawns ,square onions, tomatoes, capsicum into the sikh sticks.moistened with oils .Keep this in grill pan in low flame for 5 to 10 mints.

    After one side is cooked revolve the sikh stick to the other.side.

    Brush the sikh kebabs with fried butter garlic & butter Sikh kebab masala .

    Serve it with tomato sauce & mayonnaise.
