Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 bowl pasta


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 1capsicum chopped


  • 1/2 cup chopped cabbage


  • 1 green chilli chopped


  • 1 spoon chopped ginger and garlic


  • 1/2 spoon salt


  • 1/4 spoon turmeric


  • 1 spoon maigi masala


  • 1 spoon chopped coriander


  • 2 spoon oil

Directions

  • Boil the pasta with water and salt.
  • Drain the pasta in a sieve.
  • Heat oil in a pan add ginger - garlic, green chilli and onion mix it then add all chopped veggies one by one and saute them.
  • Pit salt and cover it and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
  • Then add Maggie masala, boiled pasta and mix well .
  • Finally add coriander leaves and switch off the gas.
  • Serve hot.
