Ingredients

Serves 8

  • Wheat flour 2 cup

  • Sugar 1/2 cup

  • Cardamon powder 1/2 tsp

  • Clarified butter 2 tbsp

  • Almonds 15 _ 20

  • Sugar powder 2 tbsp

  • Poppy seeds 2 tbsp

  • Curd 1 tsp

  • Clarified butter 1/2 cup for frying

Directions

    Take a bowl add wheat flour,sugar,cardamom powder,clarified butter and mix well. With the help of little water knead a stiff dough. Keep aside for 15 mins. Divide the dough in to balls. Press each ball to disc like thick roth. Grease some curd and stick the almonds at the top and sprinkle some poppy seeds. Heat clarified butter in a pan and deep fry the roth until brown and crispy. Garnish with sugar powder.
