Boil the noodels with enough water, a little salt and oil for 5-6 min.
Strain and rinse with cold water and keep aside.
Heat oil in a wok, add ginger, garlic and chillies saute for few seconds than add all the chopped veggies and toss well.
Add salt, soya sauce, chilli sauce and vinegar.
Finally add noodles and stie fry about 2-3 minutes.
Put chopped coriander leaves and switch off the gas.
Serve hot.
