Oats Chilla

Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1 cup oats

  • 2 tbsp rice flour

  • 1 tablespoon wheat flour

  • 2 tablespoon grated carrots

  • 2 tablespoon finely chopped onions

  • 1 teaspoon chopped green chilli

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 pinch baking soda

  • 2 tablespoon cooking oil

  • 1 tablespoon chopped curry leaves

  • 1 cup of water

Directions

    take a grinder jar and add oats

  • 02

    grind into a smooth powder

  • 03

    in a bowl add oats powder and all ingredients expect oil

  • 04

    mix the mixture

  • 05

    then add cup of water and mix well

  • 06

    make the batter little thick

  • 07

    heat frying pan and brush the oil

  • 08

    Pour the oats mixture and spread

  • 09

    let it cook till golden colour

  • 10

    flip over and cook

  • 11

    then remove the chilla in a plate

  • 12

    served with tomato sauce or any type of chutney
