Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup oats


  • 2 tbsp rice flour


  • 1 tablespoon wheat flour


  • 2 tablespoon grated carrots


  • 2 tablespoon finely chopped onions


  • 1 teaspoon chopped green chilli


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 1 pinch baking soda


  • 2 tablespoon cooking oil


  • 1 tablespoon chopped curry leaves


  • 1 cup of water

Directions

  • take a grinder jar and add oats
  • grind into a smooth powder
  • in a bowl add oats powder and all ingredients expect oil
  • mix the mixture
  • then add cup of water and mix well
  • make the batter little thick
  • heat frying pan and brush the oil
  • Pour the oats mixture and spread
  • let it cook till golden colour
  • flip over and cook
  • then remove the chilla in a plate
  • served with tomato sauce or any type of chutney
