Take a bowl add 1 cup wheat flour.cuminseeds,caromseeds,turmericpowder,redchillipowder,salt,& 2tbsp oil crumble nicely,than add little water& makes a tight fough.Rest it 10 mints.
Take a griender jar add soak moong dal ,1/2tspcuminserds,1" ginger,1 green chilli,1/2tsp red chillipowder,1/2tsp salt, griend it,if required add 2tsp water.Transfer a bowl add cruushed corriender seeds,hing,chopped corriender leaves &chopped onion mix well.
Makes small size balls from dough,roll itas puri size&makes whole with the help of a fork.
Stuff the moong dal mixture one side of the puri.
Deep fry the puri.To know it at the time of deepfry flip the stuffing side of the puri on oil.
Moong dal open stuff puri is ready serve with any type of chutney or sauces or curd.
