Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1cup wheat flour


  • 1/4tsp caromseeds


  • 1/4 1/2tsp salt


  • 1/4 1/2tsp redchillipowder


  • 2tsp edible oil to deep fry


  • 1/2cup split moong dal


  • 1greenchilli


  • 1"ginger


  • 1/4tsp asafoetida


  • 1/2tsp crushed cirriender seeds


  • 1 finely chopped onion


  • 1/2cup corriender leaves

Directions

  • Take a bowl add 1 cup wheat flour.cuminseeds,caromseeds,turmericpowder,redchillipowder,salt,& 2tbsp oil crumble nicely,than add little water& makes a tight fough.Rest it 10 mints.
  • Take a griender jar add soak moong dal ,1/2tspcuminserds,1" ginger,1 green chilli,1/2tsp red chillipowder,1/2tsp salt, griend it,if required add 2tsp water.Transfer a bowl add cruushed corriender seeds,hing,chopped corriender leaves &chopped onion mix well.
  • Makes small size balls from dough,roll itas puri size&makes whole with the help of a fork.
  • Stuff the moong dal mixture one side of the puri.
  • Deep fry the puri.To know it at the time of deepfry flip the stuffing side of the puri on oil.
  • Moong dal open stuff puri is ready serve with any type of chutney or sauces or curd.
